We keep burying our heads in the sand.

Why do we keep going round in circles?

There is massive, unimaginable and mind-boggling corruption in Nigeria - that means by government officials, politicians, civil servants, military, police, the whole damned nation,
yet some people like to tell us nobody has been caught, there are no evidences to prove some people are stealing the country blind, and hence interfering and putting a brake on and with our welfare and progress as a people and nation. We are saying we do not know the people perpetrating most of this evil? How many people in high or low places have actually been caught and sentenced for "official corruption" in our dear country?

People are asking me for evidence of corruption against anybody in Nigeria, when they know the Truth. Those trying to sweep things under the carpet will always ask us to prove it, because they know evidence and truth in Nigeria are like looking for a needle in a haystack. Let's keep hiding behind the sheets, it will blow away one day.

One of the effects of corruption is me and you living outside (or even inside) Nigeria wafting about like the ghost of the Ancient Mariner, instead of doing great things for our country and letting some greedy, selfish, insensitive and evil bastards pull the wool over our eyes in the name of whatever.

Nigeria is full of honest, intelligent, good men and women of ability like Mrs Iweala, I have no doubt at all. What amazes me is with these ilk of people around and working for corrupt governments, federal or state or local, is what I can't fathom or live with. I can tell you, I am all those things too, believe me, but I don't see myself surviving in any kind of government in Nigeria for a year, I'd resign when I see what is going on.

I do not believe people are just out to tarnish Jonathan's reputation - it is there for all of us to see. The corruption of people around him is too much, even if himself is not. But we cannot allow that. Somebody has to take the blame for the past 16 years of PDP, and unfortunately for Mr Jonathan, he 's the current Fall Guy. The Buck stops at his desk.

Is it wrong for us to say or ask that someone, some people must be held accountable for all these corruption?
