To me, this 2015 Election is not about Buhari or Jonathan, or APC and PDP,or whatever party. It is about the ordinary Nigerians knowing that in a democracy, their votes count (people used to say, why the heck am I voting anyway, the politicians will always rig and my vote doesn't mean a damn thing) and power lay in their hands.

Dangling the Poisoned Carrot of an Ibadan State
Nigeria Election 2015! There have
always been some asinine, farcical and insincere features to the politicking
and electioneering in Nigeria, even long before the real election times.
Nothing has ever been normal or straightforward with politicians; if they are
not involved in one corruption scandal or the other; they are involved in
bloodletting, mudslinging and what not.

That Spuriuos Tinubu's Corruption Video
I have never been a fan of Asiwaju Tinubu, despite supporting the Presidential candidate of his party, APC.
I have written several articles about his alleged corruption, and I am one who would be glad to to see him in the dock of a Nigerian (or even foreign) courtroom charged with corruption.

An Imaginary Encounter with the President
ME: Sir, thank you for taking time to grant me
this exclusive interview. I am grateful Sir.
Mr
PREZ: You’re welcome, my brother.
ME:
My first question is, do you really have to go for a second term when it is
obvious Nigerians don’t want you?
Mr
PREZ: Who says Nigerians don’t want me? My kinsmen want me to run for
presidency again. And my wife and ministers and the Presidency too.
ME:
Which kinsmen?
Mr
PREZ: My brothers and sisters in the creeks.
