The Ebola Virus and Nigeria - The Self-flagellation of a People

I am not aware of an "Ebola scandal" in Nigeria. Nigeria, again has been made a scapegoat (and perhaps rightly so, because of our reputation or notoriety and our corrupt leaders).
The name Nigeria; the people, Nigerians have become a dumping ground, with a battered image and reputation, or is it notoriety? So all kinds of ignominy is due to Nigeria. If the sands of the Sahara Desert or the Atlantic Ocean suddenly disappear today, the world will blame Nigeria. And Nigerians will gladly and humbly and meekly accept the blame. And our leaders will quietly acquiesce, seeking ways to make money from the calamity.

Ebola Virus Case in Nigeria - We caught them out with their lies this time!

I don't know whether to laugh or cry!

The Inanity of “No Vacancy” of Political Positions

“MAKURDI—the Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro has declared ahead of the forthcoming general elections that there would be no vacancy in Aso Rock come 2015. Moro urged all those aspiring for the position of president to jettison the idea and allow President Goodluck Jonathan to compete all the good works he started for the country.” NEWS STORY

Mr Moro was informing us predictably and true to type. It is a Nigerian, and also a very African syndrome that officeholders never want to make their seats vacant, despite the fact that those “seats” are transient and not permanent. Africans regard occupying official positions as a right, as a worth to die for or die in; as their own personal success or achievement in life, and hence must not be relinquished to anybody else.

A Second Term for Jonathan is Guaranteed

President Goodluck Jonathan will surely get a Second Term in 2015, I have no doubt about that any longer. His steam-rolling tsunami is gathering speed every day, and his opponents are falling by the wayside, spent, humiliated and moribund.

#‎RicePolitics‬ and ‪#‎StomachInfrastructure‬ - Everybody's catching the Plague, or else..........

At first I did not believe it, so I stopped and got down from my rugged truck. And there it was, at Ansar-ul-deen area of Ososami Street, Ibadan. Just at my backyard.

The Champions For Nigeria website is NOW ready.

The new website was designed and is being administered courtesy of Champion Rufus Kay Oteniya (http://www.oteniya.com/) free of charge, whilst Champion Clive Akinsola of the USA paid for the web-hosting. The organisation is grateful to both Champions, and are am particularly indebted to them for their efforts in ensuring we have a functional website prior to the 2015 Elections.
